You have a treatment offer in mind for Black Friday. Now comes the part that somehow takes longer: deciding what to post about it.
And when you’re seeing patients, answering messages, and running your business, you probably don’t have hours to spend planning a campaign.
Let’s make this manageable. One clear offer, a few engaging posts, and an easy way to book are a good place to start.
1. Start with one treatment offer
Think about the treatment your patients keep asking about or the appointment your regulars always look forward to. Is there an opportunity to build your offer around it?
That might be a special price on a popular facial, a treatment series, or a complimentary enhancement with an eligible appointment.
Choose something that works for your pricing and your schedule. Then make the details clear:
- What’s included and how much it costs.
- When the offer ends.
- When appointments need to take place.
- Whether a consultation is required.
If you can explain it in a few sentences, it’ll be easier for your audience to understand and for you to promote.\
2. Give your camera roll a look
You may already have more to work with than you think.
Treatment footage, a clip of your room being set up, or a quick video explaining what an appointment includes can all become part of your campaign.
Pick a few clips that clearly show the treatment or experience you’re offering. Add a simple text overlay using your usual fonts and colors.
Need something extra? Prop up your phone between appointments and answer a question you hear all the time. Keep it conversational, just as you would when explaining it to a patient. For any patient footage, make sure you have permission to share it.
3. Give these three post ideas a try
You don’t need a new idea every day. Start with three posts that introduce the offer, bring the experience to life, and help people feel comfortable asking questions.
The “you’ve been asking” reveal
Pair a treatment clip with an overlay introducing your Black Friday offer.
Try: “The treatment you keep asking me about has a Black Friday offer.”
Use the caption to share what’s included, the price, and how to book. If you’ve been getting questions about this treatment, bring those into the conversation.
The “come to your appointment with me” POV
Use a few short clips to walk viewers through the experience: the room, the setup, and moments from the treatment.
Try: “POV: You finally booked that facial you’ve been saving my posts about.”
Swap in your featured treatment and show the details that make an appointment with you feel personal.
The “what’s on your mind?” Q&A
Pop a question box in Stories: “What would you like to know before booking?”
Answer a question in a short video, then share the offer and booking link on the next Story. If questions are slow to come in, start with one patients often ask you in person.
Try: “One question I always get about this treatment…”
Spread these posts across your promotional window, reshare them to Stories, and include a reminder before the offer closes.
4. Make the next step obvious
Once someone is interested, help them find their way to you.
Choose a clear next step, whether that’s booking through your link or sending you a DM. Check the booking link on your phone and make sure the featured treatment is easy to find.
If you handle inquiries yourself, save a reply with the offer details and booking instructions. You can still personalize it, but you won’t need to type everything out between appointments.
5. Put your email list to work, if you have one
If you already have a list of people who’ve opted in to marketing emails, send a short announcement and a final reminder.
Reuse your Instagram wording and imagery. Share the treatment offer, important dates, and a direct link to book or inquire.
If email isn’t part of your setup yet, keep your focus on the channels you can comfortably manage this season.
A plan that fits your schedule
You don’t have to turn your entire feed into a Black Friday campaign. Give your offer a clear introduction, show people what the appointment involves, and make room for their questions.
